Q: Who are we?
A: RUNHORSE direct factory sales! We have a company in Hong Kong China. And we have our own factory in Shandong China, which mainly runs the export business of the electric vehicles (J1/ J2 series, for passengers or cargoes).
（1） All our vehicles have obtained EEC/COC (L2e/L5e/L6e/L7e) and DOT.
（2） We've already exported these vehicles to more than 30 countries, such as Czech Republic, Germany, the USA, the UK, Russia, Belgium, Finland, Turkey, Brazil, India, the Philippines, Uruguay and Japan etc.
（3）Besides the Lead Acid Battery, we could also supply the vehicles with the LITHIUM IRON PHOSPHATE Battery, which is much lighter, more safe, more effective and more powerful.
（4）In a word, we could supply the electric vehicles with stronger battery power, better AC motor and electric controller, bigger loading capacity , longer mileage, higher speed, but with a fair price.

Q: How can we guarantee the quality?
A: According to GB/CCC/EEC/COC/DOT rules, we have the special inspection lines to double check the electric vehicles before shipment , with the help of various testing equipment.

Q: How to order?
A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax, or you can ask us to send a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the order information as follows:
1) Product information: specification (size, material), color, logo and packaging requirements, motor or battery.
2) Tell us your expected delivery time. Generally speaking, we can arrange your shipment about 35 days or so after your T/T payment.
3)Transportation information: company name, address, phone number, destination seaport,etc .
4) Contact information of your freight forwarder (if you have one in China).

A: Generally, we pack our goods in wooden boxes or iron frames. If you have special requirements, details can be negotiated.

A: We can supply you the customized sample, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the sea freight cost, etc. Details can be negotiated.
